New 4 Story Apartment Building on VA Campus

['Local Architect']

I have been reading for several years about the VA campus issuing a lease to allow for a developer to build on VA property. A very complicated arrangement, but 'Gorman and Company' did a great job. They have several of these types of projects and this one looks to be very successful.

The final siding and colors are installed. Looks about 95% complete.

The new apartment building is now completed. It has amenities for the tenants. U.S. Vets is managing the leasing for the 80 unit complex. We have new photographs.
