Prescott was a "wild west" town during the late 1800's;
famous residents included Doc Holliday and Virgil Earp.

Prescott was incorporated in 1881.

As of 2020 Census, the city's population was 45,827.
Today's Prescott is an Arizona small town tourist destination
with biking, hiking, shopping, art galleries and the beauty of the Ponderosa Forests.
Everything from fine dining to patio burgers.
