Re: Courier Rant-and-Rave challenge
Rants-Raves: Feb. 17, 2026
Several rants on ‘illegals’: they give misleading statements. I could not find a law about ‘living’ undocumented in the US, the primary offense is improper entry into the US. Legal, illegal, it’s all about semantics. Misleading, spin. It is not that I support undocumented people, I just want Law Enforcement to follow the RULE OF LAW.
Go to: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1325
Federal laws against living in this country if undocumented;
18 U.S.C. 1325; Undocumented immigrants in the United States face significant legal consequences for their illegal presence., which can lead to criminal penalties such as fines and imprisonment. For a first offense, is a federal misdemeanor, the penalties can include up to six months of incarceration and a fine of up to $250. Repeat offenders may face even harsher penalties, including imprisonment for up to two years.

Re: Courier Rant-and-Rave challenge - 'TDS'
Rants-Raves: Feb. 15, 2026
*it is apparent that TDS is alive and well in Prescott*
My comment: Why would Courier print this? Yes, Trump Derangement Syndrome is alive and well in Prescott. And in the nation. I have been infected since 2016. Non-stop lies, everything about him, his family, his greatness. Not a day, or an hour goes by that 'TDS' does not affect Americans. He is not a leader, never was, not a brilliant businessman. This causes 'TDS'. Please, anyone tell me of his philanthropy, or generosity or empathy, or lack of bankruptcies. He is a con-man who has conned half of America. Now destroying America by implementing PROJECT 25. I do not understand how people can look at his record and say he is a great leader. Ask the world leaders. Tell me why he is great.

Re: Courier Rant-and-Rave - 'Dems and ICE' Feb 27 letter
Courier Letter to the Editor; Feb 27 letter by Michael Logan is classic GOP crazy, and all false, opposite of reality.
Why does the Daily Courier print this MISINFORMATION? Letter below:
Editor:
Why do Democrats hate Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and seek to defund it? Because this federal department is disrupting former President Biden’s scheme to import millions of Third World, non-assimilating future voters in order to rescue a shrinking political party. FACTS BELOW*1*
The majority of Americans voted for President Trump's FACTS BELOW*2* delivered promise to close the border and deport illegals, beginning with murderers, rapists, gang members and sex traffickers. Is the Left swayed by the virtue of this undertaking? Not in the least. FACTS BELOW*3* Instead it deploys violent obstructionist mobs under the guise of free speech, engages in incendiary rhetoric, and lies about ICE tactics, to further inflame its street thugs and true believers.
The goal for Democrats is to regain power, enrich themselves and their friends, and transform America into something the Founders would not recognize. We cannot let this happen.
Michael Logan, Prescott
FACT CHECKING:
*1* No, Joe Biden did not have a 'voter importation' plan. Fact-checking Elon Musk's 2025 false CPAC claim. There were more than 4.5 million removals, returns and expulsions from February 2021, President Joe Biden’s first month in office, to November 2024.It takes several years for immigrants to become citizens, a requirement to vote in federal elections. See the sources for this fact-check
*2* No MAJORITY of voters, Webster says Majority; a number or percentage equaling more than half of a total
a majority of voters. Donald Trump received about 77.3 million votes — roughly 49.8–49.9% of the total — versus roughly 75.0 million votes (about 48.3–48.4%) for Kamala Harris
*3* The vast majority of adults favor deporting immigrants living in the United States illegally who have been convicted of a violent crime including 65% who strongly favor the policy and 18% who somewhat favor it. There is also broad support among people across the political spectrum with majorities of Democrats (79%) and Republicans (89%) in support.
