Airbnb Invasion

Have you been affected by a "short term rental" in or near Prescott? I was a homeowner a few years ago living near 'Falcons Nest', and our neighbor's house sold to a new owner, then 6 months later it became a STR. Then our lives changed. We sold and moved about a year later. Then the buyer of our house turned it into an Airbnb. Just crazy. Hoping the state changes the law and gives control back to the cities.
