July 4 2026 is our Quarter Millennium, the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence. It can also be called the Semi-quincentennial. I encourage visitors to comment on their thoughts about the Birthday. Maybe what "Independence' means to you.

Arizona's Birthday is Feb. 14, 1912. Courier has a great 2-8-26 article on page 5B showing that event and the planting of the Statehood Tree at Courthouse Square.

Arizona's replica Liberty Bell journeys through all 15 counties, accompanied by historic documents, art pieces, and interactive exhibits. Together, they will weave the tale of Arizona's place in the tapestry of American history. Free entry, unlimited history.
